"The car's original tyres are believed to have caused him to lose control and the 20-year-old car smashed into a fence, although police say the driver must have been doing speeds in excess of the 35mph posted speed limit for the area."

Hmmmm. A bent wheel rim at 35mph? Doubtful isn't it?

And, when did an F40 last change hands for £1m?

Nice;

Spectacular machine: The £1 million Farrari Enzo, named after the company's founder, is not for city traffic jams or the school run... and under no circumstances should it be wedged against a pole in Florida

I'd hate to be this chap when he has to tell the owner about his F40 (who hopefully hasn't found out via the tabloids).

What was the garage owner doing? Can't imagine the 20 year old owns it (the garage that is).

35mph! I don't think so.

Flooded engine: A Ferrari 360 Spider is half on and half off the Croatian island of Pag after a van pushed it into the water. While it was professionally retrieved it may not see its former glory

Erm the engine isn't at the front and if that is as far in as it went I highly doubt it.

35 will do that to a wheel, 30 will so stop with the silly comments. The damage is not actually that bad and depending upon the work carried out why would you not test drive the car.

Is that big guy in the foreground of the picture just waiting for everyone to look away so that he can stuff the bit of clamshell with the Ferrari sheild on it, under his jumper and make off with his souvineer (sp?)?
