Excluding the ones everyone knows, BMW, Merc, Porsche etc, what mainstream manufactures currently produce, or are developing a RWD car?

Nissan 370Z - Is it still in production?
Mazda MX5
Toyota AE86 -Anyone know when its due?
Rumours of a Kia - Anyone know more?
Hyundai Genesis - Launched in the US, is it coming to the UK?
Mid engine VW - Is it going to be 4wd or RWD? When's it due?

So what are the rest of your criteria?

Seats? Body style? Load capacity? Fuel? Transmission? Emissions? Fuel consumption?

RWD, "Sporty" and under 30k new. Under 25k would be better!

Really after more info on what's being planned, that I may not be aware off.

Define decent. Nothing I would call sporty can be had for £25k.

Smart ForTwo is RWD iirc? Not sure if it's still made or not though.

Most rwd manufacturers offer an approved used scheme, so their cars can be had cheap. I got my 1er at 3 years old and it was £13k, half the price the poor sod who bought it new paid for it (I'm its second owner).

Not sure I would consider the Smart ForTwo "sporty" and is has to be new.

Ginetta. G40R

I think it just creeps in under £30k.

Get one bought please and then let me have a go.
