I need to do a multi choice and hazard perception, but it says this when you book;

Make sure that you leave at least two hours between any tests that you have already booked but haven't taken yet, and the appointment that you are about to select. If you don't, you may miss a test and lose your fee.

Click on 'Confirm' to make the booking, or 'Cancel' to abandon the booking.

You have to book them both individually instead of both as one test, which is really annoying. Does this mean i do the hazard nonsense on one day and the multi choice hours later or on another day?

You can do it on the same day, two hours apart. In reality, when you sit the first one and emerge from the test room, the official DSA person will probably ask you if you want to do the next booked test early, or if you want the break.

Many doing theory tests have done modules 1a 1b & 2 on the same day, one after another without a break

they have often completed a test early and then been offered the opportunity to do the next test almost immediately or with a short break inbetween

One more thing - what is the purpose of getting the D1 PCV - business or pleasure?
