PP03 Prototype?

I am probably being thick but can anyone enlighten me on this car.
It pulled into the garage next to me this morning while I was filling up. It had PP03 Prototype along the side and across the windscreen.
It was on a 60 plate, with a bonnet badge like a red inverted Nike symbol. No real definitive looks, but with Lotus similarities. it was only a few seconds glance.
Googling hasn't brought any answers.
