Anyone recommend a good FM/bluetooth transmitter?

As per the title really

Has anyone found a good one?

I want to either plug my iphone into it to listen and make calls via the car stereo or bluetooth stream from iphone to the car stereo.

I've never found an FM transmitter that didn't make everything sounds compressed and squished, I think it's the nature of the beast

Is there no option for integrating with say a Parrot system, or a cheap replacement head unit?

Motorola T505, works fine connected to the iphone via bluetooth and then re-transmitting on FM. Only downside is the automatic frequency selection can be frustrating when the spectrum is crowded.

As mentioned the sound quality isn't going to be good enough for an audiophile, but it's better than AM radio, so if you can live with that....
