Fake buyer

I am selling a truck on PH we have had an email from someone suggesting they will pay the asking price, this is the text from them

I have discussed it with my client and has agreed to pay the price £39,000.Could you please let us know your preferred mode of payment either by cheque or transfer.Also please remove the ad from the listing site so that we can be assured of the deal.Hope to read from you soonest.

They appear to be from UAE has anyone else had similar when selling something on PH.
