Recommend a cheap dash camera for me please???

There's just so many dash cameras on ebay - what should I be looking for and does anyone have any recommendations?

Looking for a package with memory card for under £50

Usage will be on rallies so if anything happens which requires subsequent penalty or investigation it can be played back.
