UK Car Models - which one's been around the longest

Something I was thinking about over the last couple of days trudging the M1, there was an old Toyota Corolla being followed by a new one, must have been 15 years age gap.

So which model has been around the longest?

I'm excluding the MINI, as the Oxfordshire one doesn't count. I remember seeing loads of Mitsubishi Colts back in the 80's, and Fiestas before that. Maybe 318's?

Mustang since 1964.5, although the F Series trucks pre-date it and the Falcon, which is still produced in Oz.

Sure there are probably others.

I think the MINI counts tbh, or at least counts as much as claiming a MK6 Golf has any relevance to a MK1.

When you say continuation are you saying that a car of the same name has been in 'continous production'?

Not quite. 1925 to 1991. Then re-started in 2003 - present.

So in with a shot for the first stint.

I know there not sold in the UK, but the Chevrolet Suburban has been in continous production since 1935 IIRC
