Seriously, this is 5 minutes away... Now I could use a cheap winter hack, but a V8 RR with no tax or MOT? This is seriously tempting chaps...

Its an interesting one for sure.
I have owned two Range Rover Classics, both younger than this one, but not much difference from a visual point of view.
It does not seem to have suffered with the usual top and bottom tailgate rot from the pictures either.
Also if there are previous MOTS to support the mileage, and it is genuine its something of a bargain!!
Its worth a look if its local to you.
On Classics of this age look out for the inner arches rusting around the front suspension.
I suspect there is something wrong with the EFI, its common on this age of rangie, and I suspect thats why the pipe is off to the air box as shown in the picture.
also worth checking the brake lines, if they are not rusty would probably only need some new fluid.
The exhaust also looks suspiciously new and shiny, although think its the correct one for this model year with the two pipes!!
