Brno circuit in Czech Republic. There are a few Skodas around but I'd suggest it isnt a Skoda.

if brno and it's local to there then i'd say tatra, but that does not look anything like any other tatras i know of!

Blimey, I really wasn't expecting you lot to be stumped identifying a car!

Don't know when the picture was taken or what rally it was...I'm kind of glad really because although I want to know the make of car it would be nice if one of you actually knew it rather than looked up the car list from a classic car rally to Brno circuit.
