Ah, I'm glad you said that. After I posted that I double checked and it said <2 seconds. I then checked more and lots of places quoted different times.
That they've actually changed it means I'm not going potty
No car will get close - it's the traction the tires need which determines it. Stealth uses a hook on the bottom of the car to catapult it forwards, which means there's no loss through lack of friction and so they can apply as much power as they like to it.

There is at least two PHers in the Drag Racing forum that can smash that for acceleration.That they've actually changed it means I'm not going potty

I couldve googled that, but didnt really think of those guys till after I started the thread.
That is really amazing. Used to think drag racers were boring point and squirt, but I didnt even have time to call for my mummy let alone the adjustments they must have to do
