Just having a conversation with my mate and we were discussing 'old skool' wheels which got me thinking about those nasty TSW 3 spoke wheels from a few years back...



And that made me think of the Ronal teddy bears....



And lately, the Fleur De Lis wheels on an Aston Martin...



Combine a couple of the wheels and you get....

Saw a silver Ford Fusion today with steel wheels. Instead of wheel trims someone had painted the wheel itself metallic turquoise.

The difference is those are tasteless but cheap - so forgivable. The Fleur de Lys ones no doubt cost a fortune and are far, far less acceptable as a result! But as the old saying goes, money can't buy taste!
