Just saw this on a friend's Faceache status:

What's going on here? Bloke drives into parked car and fks off? Take a ticket and get in line! Why are the police doing anything other than the standard "here's your reference number for the insurance sir" routine? It's on the BBC News website, the police have even commented on it, and it's a £4k Clio not a Ferrari or the usual stuff that might interest the chattering classes.
Does the car belong to somebody special?
(If I was a meanie I might suggest that parking it opposite a T-junction with 2 wheels on the kerb was not the best plan. In fact, did he get a ticket for it?!)
