What was going on on the M4 yesterday?

Bikers. Hundreds of them. Riding at 30mph tops, blocking 2 of 3 lanes of the M4, and on occasion all 3 lanes.
Bikers waiting on overpasses, Bikers waiting on the hard shoulder
Silly, ignorant bikers weaving in and out of the traffic jam caused by the other silly ignorant bikers riding up 2 lanes of the motorway at less than half the speed limit.
Extremely stupid and selfish, in case any of you are reading.

Always pays to do some basic research before slagging off thousands of angry bikers!
Perhaps when the EU come after cars and try to ban you from modifying your pride and joy, you'll be doing a similar thing.
Not saying there wasn't the odd idiot amongst the 140 separate protest rides taking place yesterday, but vast majority were well behaved, the 1600 bikers I was with had quite a few patch clubs in attendance, probably best not to call them idiots a?

That is not true. Bikers have bikes because they enjoy riding them. Bikes are more fun fan a car in my opinoin.
But seriously, any large group of enthusiasts will always have a more militant subsection who will take things too far. If the protest organisers said 45mph, the fanatics would drop to 30mph as their own SUPERPROTEST. Any group of people will have this element but it shouldn't detract from the message.
