I remember reading an old issue of EVO, where the latest, greatest NSX beat out the 996 C4S by a hair for Car of the Year.
No not really, I've had to spend some money on it, because the job I wanted doing exposed some safety critical items that were in poor condition, and could have caused me a real problem. So I wouldn't call that episode a reliability issue, but it would have become one at some point!
I guess I'm not fussed about bhp too much as long as there's enough bhp to provide the torque needed for a safe 2-car overtake.
I would be looking for a manual NSX. Not too fussed about the 4-speed.

To the OP, are we talking about a pure road car or mixture of road and track?
