£100 start so if nobody else bids on it I'll have an open day at Rockingham for everyone to look at the car.

It seems like a thoroughly odd thing to sell on ebay, especially with such a pathetic description and photos. Do we actually think it's genuine?
My thoughts too.No reserve, so technically I guess they would have to part with it even if it ends at two-thousand-and-something pounds. That sounds even dafter than selling a car like that on eBay...

its a replica built on a 512 chassis, why would it be worth into 6 figures ?? its basically a posh kit car, no ????
It depends on the quality of the conversion, the value of the donor car, etc. There are plenty of Ferrari replicas that go for six figure sums:http://www.ferraris-online.com/pages/carintro.php?...

Having said that,

A high-quality P4 replica built with genuine Ferrari engine (e.g., a 400i V12) may command as much as $200,000, but simpler ones (often with Rover engines and Renault drive-trains) fetch around $50,000.
