Managed to snap these (on my lowly iPhone 3gs unfortunately) at about 11am on Wednesday, at Reading services (M4). At first I thought it looked like a new Rav4 or perhaps a Mitsubishi. But, the distinctively patterned disguise and X1 (who accelerated to try to block my photo) following closely would indicate it was a Beemer. Can anyone shed any light? I'm assuming these pics have already been in the mags months ago and I'm not on to anything new...

Another thought. Could it be a new CR-V. Honda is only 'down the road' in Swindon.

That would confirm it's a Honda, as they are one of the few manufacturers with a 2.2 diesel.
