You could do, but you'll spend far more putting it right than it'll ever be worth.

It's a Chinese made Chang Jiang and should look like this (but without the BMW badges):



They're not worth a huge amount, despite their cuteness. They're based on pre-war BMW bikes by way of Russian copies, but share no parts AFAIK. There's one on Ebay:
