I'm still considering buying an RX8, this is only based on what I've garnered thusfar.

£3-4k ( supercharger kits £4-5k+)

No idea, not sure about labour

Mostly hear of 280-300bhp

Additional engine wear, minor differences in mpg, that's about the limit of my understanding smile

Unless you want 4 seats, more comfortable ride, better COG (although you might ruin that with a poorly sited supercharger)...

Might end up costing you a lot more too (although you'd probably get it back, not sure you will supercharging an 8) - even tatty 7s aren't cheap.

If you do it, OP, be sure to let us know all about it smile

Chees for that. Gives me an idea on possible power levels and costs.

The RX-8 looks good, is lightweight, handles well and seats 4 plus shopping.

What's not to like?

A PZ can be picked up for £4K now too.

A PZ for £4k? There'd have to be something wrong with it at that price?

Looks so much better and designed with the turbos in mind as well.
