I was sorting through some odds and ends in my 'stuff and things' drawer tonight, when I happened upon the paper counter part to my licence. Upon close inspection I discovered that the three points I picked up ( scumera van hidden behind a bus stop where a 60 limit drops to a 30 limit) were picked up in September 2007, not as I thought in September 2008. I have a clean licence again . I just need to get them officially wiped now.

Yes, but I also discovered that a very minor bump that I had ( handbrake failed and my car rolled slowly into my garden wall) happened 6 years ago, I thought it was four years ago. So that will also be gone as far as insurance is concerned. Hopefully I won't be quite so badly bummed, come renewal time next year.

Oh yeah, I've also just moved to a much more insurance friendly postcode. They'll be paying me next year .
