Headbutted over a parking spot

To cut a long story short, had an altercation with 2 lowlifes in a rented van, ended up with me getting headbutted.

I suspect my nose is broken, it is rather bent. Is it going to be like this forever now?

Surely your first port of call should be the Police, rather than an internet forum?

It is South Wales police so I won't hold out much hope

I have a reg no. and a good idea where one of the guys lives, so I might be okay on that front.

Surely Police should be first so they can take pictures of the damage before a clean up at Hospital occurrs, if your going to persue it.....

If you're sure it's a rented van then the cops should be able to get the hirers details from the rental company.
