PH Country Sticker???

Saw a C63 AMG on the M1 today with a PH sticker on the back that looked like a GB style badge - now is that a PHer or is PH a country I have never heard of?
Shame there was traffic or I could have had some fun!

It's a PHer - I have one, it is (IMHO) a little more subtle than the 'smiley and pistons', but it doesn't half get annoying with everyone going 'Philippines?' at the petrol station...

You know how you have to have the country things if your numberplates don't have them, what would the legality of putting on the PH sticker and saying you are from PistonHeadolvia? :P That should confuse the frenchies.
