So I was walking along Albert Bridge on saturday having a look at the repairwork, and it got me thinking: This bridge has been closed for a bloody long time for just a refurb, it shouldn't be taking this long..
So as i got to the end I saw the official notification they have to put up and had a quick read - it's not just a refurb, but they are increasing the weight limit from 2.5 to 3 tonnes. Now, that's a bit odd, because it's restricted to buses, trucks etc.. and then I had an
