Got to get our Landy Disco back to TVR power in Coventry for remedial work from near Liphook and looking for a good recovery service. Any recommendations?

The other thing is I'm getting pissed off with the RAC having now imposed a limit on how far they will recover you so does anyone know of any breakdown services that are prepared to take you longer distances? I just don't like the fact that I'm now faced with having to go to a garage chosen by them to near where I break down just because they won't do anything over about 20 miles.

can't recommend anyone but as an RAC member I was interested that you say their policy has changed....having looked at their website terms it looks like they will still recover to anywhere in the UK, there is no mileage limit listed....they do say one address and it must be requested at the time of the breakdown though

I can highly recommend Shiply, used them for a quote on moving a car a year or so ago - had several offers miles cheaper than the quotes from major firms.

Where specifically is it?

Are you in a rush? I work up and down the country a lot. Live in leicester. I have a 90 which could tow a disco. I would probably do it next time I have work nearby. I would cover the fuel if you picked up the tab for me to buy an a frame which I have been wanting to get.... About 150 quid last I checked.

Pm me if you are not in a hurry.

Just realised you said liphook! I'm working at our alton office Mon and Tue. If you've any idea of a local supplier for an a frame and trailer board, then I could potentially sort it early next week. Pm me your number.
