Normally I'd say no because of what it can do and how its designed, but I've seen one or two lately and haven't taken a second glance that I would if say, a 911 Turbo were to pass by. Don't get me wrong, they are great cars, but are they just a little too "normal" looking? Not that its a bad thing of course...

What he said. About as far from 'Q' as I could think of.

This.

A Q car is something like an S6.

No, not unless Q means Quick.

Subtle and discreet they're not.

Do you only look at the Porsche to try and work out which one it is because they all look so similar?

I think the only way that car would be discrete or unexpected is if you were in a warehouse with no windows and all the lights switched off in total darkness...so, for that reason, I would say, erm, no!

Saw a blue R8 Spider in Audi Slough the other day. Looked rather good if I'm honest!

LOL no.... an R8 is sports (super?) car which anyone knows packs at least 4.2 litres of V8. There is nothing even remotely Q about it...

It's loud, low, and has the performance to match the looks.

Royal nail is a Q car.

An R8 is in no way a Q car.

Only if the car was on. Imagine the noise of one of those being revved in a warehouse cloud9

On my 2007 Coupe you could turn the DRL's off and I did smile On my 2010 Spyder there is no option to disable them frown

I don't really like them, as JC said, "Council house at christmas" LOL

No. I often think of them as a fast car for people with little interest in fast cars.
