Armoured Toyota Land Cruise by some (probably British) specialist company who does this sort of thing I guess.

When I worked out there in the 90's it was generally Toyota LC or Nissan Patrol for official vehicles. Saw one of Ghadaffis sons in a blacked out Merc S class one night with a 7 series with the bodyguards in.
The plebs ran around in something French or Jap, mitsuibishi, mazda or nissan
