Vegas, Rented Charger - looking for fun.....

I'm heading out to Vegas in November and considering renting a Dodge Challenger from the Hert "Adrenaline Collection" - Anyone know of any decent routes to strech it's legs without falling foul of the local Police?

I went a couple of years ago and hired a 360 and drove down to the Hoover Dam, I've got to say it was great.... Except in a very very hungover state, when we were driving down the Interstate I turned to my mate and said christ this feels fast and were only doing 70. As he turns to me with blood shot eyes and says thats the rev counter tt.....I won't put my reply but im sure you can guess. 2 miles down the road there was a State Trooper pulling people for speeding....one very lucky boy!!!
