Does anywhere know where to get a decent car valuation online?

Vauxhall will give you a CAP trade price, not sure how accurate that is.

WBAC will tell you what a mainstream trader wants to pay for a car if they have their way.

Parkers will tell you lies that make you think your 10 year old shed is worth a small fortune.

HTH.

Thanks for the advice, i've tried the WBAC one and it just seams rediculously low. I'll have a try of Parkers also.

If its your 2003 Focus RS I'd say £7,500 (sale price, advertise for a bit more) with average miles and nice condition.

Just tried the Cap one and valued an 04 Clio with 62000 milages at 1100, seams a tad low. Also gave this one a go http://www.motoring.co.uk/free-car-valuation seams which values it 2300. So i've got a pretty broad range so far. I'm guessing i'd get 1100 if part-exing and around 2300 if i sold it myself.

Hi all,

I see the above post referes to Cap connect.

They only do milage up to 180,000

I have almost 240,000

or is there another ammount i should deduct for eact 1,000 milesabobe the 180,000 miles that they give?

Any other I can try?

I'd say £1500-£2k max would be what you would get privately. The top end if it has some tax, a full mot and is in very good condition with history and not needing work.
