How do you buy a Supercar

This may seem like a strange question but the most amout of cash I have ever held is £8k, that was to buy a car.
Assuming you are a millionaire.
How do you go about buying a 400k car, obviously you dont use cash, do you phone up your bank when you have decided on the car you want and just do a bank transfer, or do you use cheques?
Would you have to arrange this large transfer with your bank beforehand?
The reason I ask is I plan on winning the lottery tonight and dont want to look like a Noob at the Bugatti dealership

Do Bugatti even have "dealerships"?, I've never seen one Assuming you are a millionaire.
