Well, who's getting the car out today whilst it's still sunny and dry (albeit cold)?

Perfect day for a drive, I think!

In work today, but if it's still clear at 16:00 I'll have the roof down on the way home yes

I definitely will be, though I'm not sure where to go. Any recommendations for around the Leeds area?

What about a drive out towards boroughbridge and on boroughbridge road between knaresborough and boroughbridge there's a nice pub called general tarleton that do great Sunday lunch.

Went for a blat after work yesterday to blow the cobwebs out and give the Caterham a bit of use after a week of short commutes. Any excuse to warm the oil up.

Northampton to Olney, Olney to Newport Pagnell, Newport Pagnell to Northampton.

Great roads, very little traffic (for once, no 40mph dawdlers) and wind in the hair motoring.

Bliss.

Good to hear there's a few other people dragging their cars out! biggrin

Covered about 80 miles today, and it was definitely warm enough to have the roof down!

I want to but it wouldn't be wise in this hungover state.

I took the M3 out for a blast, nothing overly special but got to give it a little shakedown and go round some corners. Went to buy a new mouse from PC World, I got home and it didn't work, so I went back again to exchange for another one - took the Mini out for a thrash too!

I'm struggling to stop myself taking the backroads to a nearby McDonalds for some grub tonight.

Went out through Grittleton, and stopped in Castle Combe for tea and cakes! Then took the very long way home, ending up going past Wootton Bassett, then up through Purton (to look at a house). Very good fun!

Only took a quick snap of it in the car park sadly!
