Sat in a traffic queue this morning due to roadworks further up. I start off at the back of half a dozen cars or so joining the main queue at a mini round about, just as I get to the roundabout I see a transit tipper in the door mirror overtaking the queue behind me, I think no problem he's going straight on but as he pulls alongside my right side he tries to turn left and force his way in front of me. Naturally I dont let him in so he pulls in behind (obviously driver behind me has no bottle).

Anyway we crawl through the little village still towards the roadworks until the road gets a bit wider, with this and the roadworks still about 1/2 mile away, said transit driver pulls out, overtakes all the queuing cars and dissapears out of view near the roadworks. After no more that 6 or 7 mins I'm through the temp lights and in the next village where I see the transit in the right turn only lane at a set of lights with his left indicator on, trying to get into the straight on lane. I promptly pass him and he ends up behind me again, dont know where he went for 6 or 7 mins, maybe the shop. Oh he had a lad of about 4 or 5 in the passenger seat in school uniform, no seat belt.

Supprisingly the do as you likey vehicle showed up on ask mid.

Hang on, 2 lane road ending in roadworks, everybody queues in lane 1 whilst leaving lane 2 clear for an overtaking vehicle to use?

Who said anything about a multi lane road, it was two lanes, one in each direction, it just got a bit wider as it left the village, he only managed to overtake so many cars in one go as the lights for the cars coming the other way must have been on red.
