I like this line - 'I have slept in it at -20c without heaters and been quite cosy inside.'

I drove a couple of these when I was in the RAF. We had access to a fleet of ex East German mobile radars and support vehicles. From what I remember they were very agricultural, but sounded 'meaty'!

One of the lads I worked with who was always skint thought he'd drain some of the petrol from the Zil tank and put it in his old Volvo yikes

About 1/2 mile later it died rofl
