Currently in garage, on trickle charger. No tax, no MOT. But has insurance as we planned to use it nextyear. Dead money IMHO...

I dont miss it at all, think it could be sold and the money used better elsewhere. I would prefer to pootle around in a £1k berlingo which i will be using for business.

I prefer my wifes Fabia VRS as a daily driver. My wife on the otherhand wants to keep the Z4

Should i sell the thing?

I'll probably come back to a proper sports car if/when my business begins to take off.

And turn over your PH account to her.

Seriously - why not just use it? I dont understand?

And preferring a diesel hatchback - I know there good, but when the other option is a 6 cylinder roadster?

Do you not find that the beauty of proper sports cars over souped up hatches and saloons, is that they make going to tescos feel a bit fun, even at 20mph?

Good luck getting rid of it unless you're planning to give it away. Prices are pretty poor at the mo!

4 months…
That means you weren't driving it in August or in the late summer.
Those were perfect months for a Z4.

Sell it.

Alternatively, give it to your wife and let her drive it around.

I'm after a Z4 so I think you should sell it. To me. For not very much.

What mileage do you both do? Details on the Z4 (Coupe/Roadster/3.0/MSport)?

Would it not make sense for the wife to drive the Z4 and for you to potter around in the VRS?

Z4s have become more affordable recently.

gah! Give it to the wife? Most likely then...

Two person household running two cars and a workvan?

Never been in such a position. I'll probably talk it over with her tonight, i'll probably end up keeping it as the bint always gets her way. Such is life.

Revoke my PH card? never!

If i was to sell it, i was going to replace the thing with something of the V8 variety nextyear provided my business was doing well.

Wife is at home so she can concentrate on the business, whereas i am a office monkey in middle management bringing some money in (for the time-being!).

I think i'll get her to poodle round in it when at home.

EDIT: At one time i loved the car a lot, stuck it on Eibachs, put a Full Remus exhaust on it etc. Its even got a flipping stubby..
