I bought a Shineray Quad bike in January, registered and taxed it as road legal
Having driven round on it for 2000 miles, all of a suddent i get a letter from DVLA demanding i take it to the local DVLA office so they can check the chassis and VIN plate.
SO whats this really all about? Why do they want to check it all of a sudden out the blue?
