Are they durable for track and street action ?
i was looking to a older C5 Z06 modell.. looking for opinions here.

Of course the new Vettes like Z06 and ZR-1 are fast but they are out of my budget.

They are pretty indestructable. There's a guy in the US that started the digital-vettes forum and he used to run one pretty hard on the track. Search for "Vette Dogs" on youtube for his vids.
