Pointless thread alert!

What cars have you driven that fit the old wedding poem....

Something old...

Something new...

Something borrowed...

Something blue...

The Triumph was one of my first cars, I drove an Alfa 8C from one dealer to another (very-very carefully), I borrowed my brothers Lotus Carlton a few times and still miss my MG B GT.

So now it's over to you guys.

Sorry boring Monday at work

I suppose if you borrowed a blue Eagle E-Type you could kill four birds with one stone.

Something old: My current Alfa Spider

Something new: Random hire cars over the years, sorry not very interesting frown

Something borrowed : A friends Lotus Elise

Something blue: My first Alfa a beat up 145

The only pic of the actual car is the one of my Spider.

The Elise was SO much fun, would be very tempted by one if I didn't have the classic...

Something old (admittedly I didn't get to drive it; but it was our wedding car and it lives in a local car museum. Any excuse, because it is lovely:

Something new: Just had a drive of my father-in-law's Mercedes CLS- looks exactly like this one:

Something borrowed: Had a brand new Boxster S PDK for a week whilst my 911 was in for a service. Took full advantage, but was too busy enjoying driving it, I didn't take any photos...

Something blue: My first car, a Mk4 VW Golf GTI 1.8T.

Pics not necessarily of the actual cars... Oh, and all of them were borrowed. Still, all of them made me smile (and the Jag made me ste myself!)
