Where I work, in a small motorist accessories shop, I am forever being asked "what air freshener do you reccommend?" I find this an almost impossible question to ask, a) I have no idea what the customer likes. b) There are bloody loads of air fresheners and I've not tried all of them. c) My sense of smell isn't actually that good either.

Anyway, I just wondered what my esteemed friends on Pistonheads preferences were?

(If anyone is interested, mine is Magic Tree 'Black Ice' for smell, or for deodorising ability it has to be either Neutradol Blue/Green)

It varies dependent on mood but i find myself buying the following regularly

Magic Tree "Bouquet" "Vanillaroma" "Black Ice" and "Forest Fresh"
I also like the Poppy Coral freshner you get in Halfords but only buy a refill and place it in the rear ashtray

Chemical Guys "new car smell" actually smells pretty accurate, lasts for ages, too, as you have to be quite conservative with it.

Currently using Chemical Guys "stripper scent" (lol) which smells.....interesting.

I'm yet to find a decent "new car smell" air freshener!

Has anyone managed this?
