Good 'visor' bluetooth kits

Hi all
I need a bluetooth car kit so I can take calls when driving. Driving is in my job, although I don't like taking calls in the car, I would have no time at home if I left all the calls until I got home.
Anyway, I would like something decent that is easy to hear and has a good quality microphone. Preferably one that is portable (so clips to the visor) so I can take it to different vehicles.
The car it'll get most of it's use in is a run of the mill Octavia
Budget is not critical, but £75 max, since the boss is paying.
Any recommendations?
