evoque alternative? volvo xc60?

Well i have had an evoque on order for some time however they seem to be beset by delays. This has got me to the point where i am considering cancelling my order and going for something else.

One car that strikes me is a volvo xc60 which i think is a good looking if slightly bigger car. So what are they like to live with?

I would be looking ad a diesel manual awd model with as high a spec i can get for 30k max. I believe the dealers are happy to give good discounts which would take a more expesive car below the 30k figure?

So any other suggestions? I would like to get delivery within 2 months if poss and i like a quality interior, I also have my heart set on a small 4x4 for some reason.
