M11 north was solid all the way from 4 to 7 where I come off at about 5ish, its normally pretty good at that time.

Is the A12 still shut? That may be a contibuting factor but I imagine most would come off at J8 to take the A120 towards braintree.

Only having 2 lanes doesn't help that stretch though.
