....Which career path would you have taken .

Me personally , i have always loved cars and that love has taken me into my current position.

My first dream job was to be a chef and at 9yrs old i was all for it , i was addicted to ready steady cook (what happend to that ?) i loved cooking obviously that involved nothing dangerous at the time .Then my mum killed that dream in one sentence "if you want to be a chef you have to start at the bottom and do lots of washing up" .Add that to Gordon Ramsey coming on tv with his rants in the kitchen it was dream over and on to cars for me biggrin

Then we'd all be on bicycles/horses. Not so bad, I guess, but it does mean people will choose more local jobs. I don't think it would have changed my career choice...

Since my work is not linked to the motor industry in any way whatsoever, I would not have done anything differently. I would however, have far more disposable income if cars didn't exist. I sure am glad they do exist though driving

Discussions about remapped horses would be interesting.

hehe

I abandoned accountancy for the motor trade at 20, so quite differently I suspect. I'd be even duller than I am now. Possibly. Maybe not...

I'd be explaining to young policyholders that 1BHP is the maximum we would cover as 2BHP is considered a Cart and you need to be over 25 before we'll insure you on that yes
