New style MOT certificate

My car passed the MOT this morning and was surprised to see the the certificate printed on a piece of plain A4 paper. I think it is a good idea to see any advisories on the same page as the pass certificate though. It will stop unscrupulous garages 'accidentally' losing the advisory sheet. I know you can look the MOT history up on line but I wonder how many members of the public know this?
