fell off

i bought a carbon smiley last week, and it took pride of place on my bumper, but i went to wash my car today and it fell off as i ran the brush over it

am i upset? im ready to top myself, i took pride in having that sticker on my car, and now im going to have to order another, that is, unless mods can send me a replacement ?

Your mistake was going to a car wash. They will withstand a normal hand washing but not a car wash.

Was the area clean when you applied it and was there any bubbles in it?

nope, no car wash! and yep, spotless, used TFR and water, and then some brake cleaner, then some more TFR, then left to dry and applied and smoothed with a storecard

i almost cried!

Did you peel the backing off the sticker? prit-stik isnt very water-proof.

Depends on what you tried to stick it to. PH have developed an adaptive adhesive that will only firmly adhere to vehicles worthy of a PH sticker. You didn't try and attatch it to a french diesel did you?
