guy was stopped on traffic cops I think and told to get it off the road some time ago, not exactly very safe for the dog or other traffic.

He was on Traffic cops a few months maybe years ago, not sure now with the endless repeats on Sky 3. He made it himself, would you believe it?

IIRC the bike was a total unroadworth POS, only thing BiB said worked as it should was the guys satnav..................
