Where to return RFL

Following a number plate swop organised by the dealer from whome I purchased my new car, I now have the new RFL and plates.

I believe I have to return the old RFL to DVLA but where?

A local office to me, a local office to the dealer or Swansea?

I would ask the dealer but they have been worse than useless in this, even lying to me that it was posted last Saturday when their own post paid label proves it was Tuesday. Why do they feel the need to lie????

Organised by the dealer? It's their problem then, it is now invalid anyway so don't worry, although kittens could die if you do nothing.
