Just wondered if anyone knows if such a thing exists - got a meeting near the Odeon cinema on Monday, expecting to need to pay but then thought it would be worth asking..

All the parking around town, including the big strip of parking by Waitrose is free in the evening, after 6.30 iirc.

If you are going in the day then it is all chargeable I'm afraid in the town.

However, if you don't mind a 10-15 minute quite pleasant walk then park on Ranelagh Drive, just off from The Avenue. Walk over the bridge and head right on the other side along the river towpath into town. You'll end up on the riverside near Slug & lettuce, Revolutions etc and Odeon is only a couple of minutes from there.

Ranelagh Drive? Yeah. The Avenue and surrounding roads are also free but they are further from the bridge.

Hewlett, if you do park there, don't then walk along the main road as if you were driving into Richmond- it seems a lot longer then the towpath.

Not that local.

It doesn't cost anything to park there during weekdays.

If you want an arrangement with somebody in Richmond itself then get onto the Park at my House website.
