Colour change - notifying the DVLA

Evening all,

I have changed the colour of the car, apparently I need to fill in section 7 of the V5 and return this.

I'm expecting a charge from the DVLA for issuing a new V5 (a prime opportunity for them to charge me!), however I cannot find anything about this on their website.

Anyone able to help?

just to confirm the above
i changed the engine capacity, engine number and my address for free
just wait the usual 6 weeks for the v5 to appear
