I've been saying the same for years, Skoda are bloody superb cars and have been for about 15 years now.

I always thought skoda and seats are made from the bin parts of vw cars that's why skoda s have been a bit more reliable due tried and tested technology from the older vw cars . I wouldn't think there's more than 15% in it ?

The 80s attitude was based on the 70s cars and well-deserved.
Doesn't stop them being bland to look at though.
They must be good as most are taxis....is it the door umbrella?

Skodas have always been good. They have won more class titles than wny other manufacturer in Rallying history. They have been the punchline of a few jokes over the years so that's helped keep prices down so real people can drive them instead of autoegotists.
