Dealer hacked on Auto Trader?

Well, this is one I haven't come across before. An apparently well-known Maserati specialist who has four pages on AT of legit-looking cars...except for the first page which is all filled with scammer specials?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who plans to report it but wonder how this happened in the first place...
