What engine configurations have you owned?

Car histories reared their head over a beer earlier, what configurations of engine have you run in your history?

From memory (with the assistance of London pride) I can tick off-

Straight 4 petrol- UNOs, Saab,mr2,civic,passat,Westfield,
Straight 4 diesel-merc 220, 1966 landy series 2,Octavia, mondeo, Clio,punto, golf,
Flat 4 petrol-impreza
Straight 5 petrol- stilo abarth
Straight 6 petrol-bm 5 series
Straight 6 diesel- p38 ranger
Flat 6- 964
V8 petrol- chimaera and ranger classic (god I loved that car)

No 3 cylinders-unlikely now I'm in Dubai
No wankels- also unlikely
No v12- tempting, in an 850 or a cl600

Is there anything mainstream that I have missed ??
V8 diesel and v10, anything else?

Mk2 MR2 2.0 4 pot
Mk4 Supra 3.0 Straight 6
Mk4 Supra TT 3.0 Straight 6
TVR Tuscan 4.0 Straight 6

Planning on a Z4M next year so thats another straight 6.....I quite like them if you havent noticed lol

Dusty, diesel is pretty unlikely as well out here, plus we would laugh and point at you in the street

whatever a 1.4l Nova is
whatever a 1.6l Corsa is
whatever a 1.8l Focus is
and a V8 in the pony

There is a guy in our building who has just bought a clk cabrio diesel.

Why? Just why? It wasn't cheap either, and given that the only diesel pump you ever see has a huge line waiting, what is the point? I asked him, it's apparently 'he liked the colour'

Straight 4 petrol - Clio, 944s, MR2s of many varieties, Sapphire Cosworth, Saabs, 3 series , MX5, Renault 5 turbo, Vindicator kit car. Probably more I've forgotten.
Straight 6 petrol - Supra.
V6 - Sierra 4i, MX3,
V8 petrol - 540, 928, 500 SEL
V12 Petrol - XJS

I once nearly bought a supercharged straight 8 engine. It was made from two reliant engines with the cranks fastened together, if I remember correctly. I quite fancied it for a kit car project. Sadly sanity kicked in.

Do all Eppcos/Enocs have diesel pumps? I wouldn't know where to look for them, it's 'Super or Special sir?'

I might even have to get out of the bloody car!!

The more interesting of mine are the straight 6 (BMW) and the 1.3 litre rotary (Mazda, obviously). The rotary engine capacity varies depending on what you refer to- the log book (2.6) or actual size (1.3)
